Delivery can occasionally take longer depending on the destination and fulfilment location. We’ll email tracking details as soon as your cap ships.
Please enter a complete delivery address in Latin characters and provide a valid phone number or contact detail — carriers need it for international delivery.
Local taxes, import duties, customs charges or carrier handling fees may apply depending on the destination and are the customer's responsibility where applicable.
Returns
Changed your mind?
Contact hello@cosivale.com within 14 days after delivery to request a return of an eligible non-defective item.
Items must be returned in their original condition.
Trying the cap on for fit is acceptable, but the item should not be worn beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.
For ordinary non-defective returns, return postage is paid by the customer.
Mandatory consumer rights under the law that applies where you live are not affected. For customers in the EU/EEA, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies.
