2–5 days free shipping. We ship worldwide! Delivery can occasionally take longer depending on the destination and fulfilment location. We’ll email tracking details as soon as your cap ships.

Yes. Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been shipped.

Return requests may be made within 14 days of delivery for eligible non-defective items. Contact hello@cosivale.com before returning anything. Mandatory consumer rights under your local law are not affected; for EU/EEA customers the statutory 14-day withdrawal right applies.

Spot clean gently using warm water and mild soap. Avoid soaking the entire cap.
